Creative brief

• Who walks in: St Kilda owners of anxious, senior or “difficult” dogs other groomers rush or refuse — who’ll pay boutique prices for calm, cage-free care by a named person they trust.
• First five seconds: trust wrapped in tenderness — “she’ll love my dog like her own, and she can handle the dog nobody else could.”
• Distinctive asset: Lisa-Marie herself + the cohesive black-and-white portraits of her team holding the dogs.
• Signature moment: “The Portrait Wall” — a scroll-revealed salon gallery of their real B&W founder/groomer-and-dog portraits, one blush glow washing across; the hero is the first frame in that wall.
